Exhibitors
An exhibition will be held at the CTICC in conjunction with the congress offering a select number of exhibitors maximum exposure and benefits through exclusivity.

We are offering several EXHIBITOR and SPONSOR OPTIONS to select from. The options have been tailored carefully to enable sponsors to meet their individual needs, achieve maximum visibility and to distribute information about their organization or company.

EXHIBITION

BASIC EXHIBITOR OPTION: USD 2900

This includes:

  • 1 x 3m x 3m (10’ x 10’) shell scheme stand in the exhibition area, with good exposure to daily delegate traffic. The stand is not-carpeted, has a fascia board with provision for your company name, 2 spotlights and one 220V electrical power point. (Additional options are available on request at an additional cost - refer to the extended options and the sponsorship options listed below.)
  • 2 x exhibitor staff registrations. Exhibitor staff within these packages will also be entitled to attend conference sessions, the opening function and gala dinner event.
  • Extra exhibitors will be charged the standard delegate registration fee. All exhibitor staff are required to register via the on-line registration form to confirm their attendance.

Extended Options:
  • Additional 3m x 3 m (10’ x 10’) shell scheme (as per basic scheme stand): USD 1000
  • Additional exhibitor staff registrations (per additional exhibitor): USD 575
  • Prime space levy (three 10’ x 10’ stands in registration area): USD 500

SPONSORSHIP

A variety of sponsorship choices are available to enable sponsors to tailor their own packages to suite their needs. To view the list of sponsorship options to select from click here.

  • Silver Sponsorship: minimum of USD 1600.

  • Gold Sponsorship: minimum of USD 4500.

  • Platinum Sponsorship: minimum of USD 7100.

NB. All exhibitor staff and sponsored delegates need to register via the on-line registration form on this website by 15 February 2011.
