Transfers
Transfers between the airport and the conference hotel will be available and can be requested on the on-line registration & reservation form on this site or by emailing icwip-info@acitravel.co.za if you have already registered. A shuttle service will operate for arrival transfers between 08h00 and 18h00 on 4th & 5th April and for departure transfers on 9th April at a cost of R200 per person one way. Transfers outside of these dates and times can also be booked and the cost is dependent on the number of people travelling together on the transfer.

Please look out for the guide with an ICWIP 2011 signboard in the arrivals hall.
