- Accommodation is available in standard or deluxe rooms on-site at the Stellenbosch Protea Hotel.
- Standard rooms can be booked on a single, double or twin basis and deluxe rooms can be booked on a single, double or twin, triple and quadruple basis.
- It is important to note that in the case of triple and quad occupancy, extra beds will be placed in the lounge of the deluxe room and all room occupants will need to share the bathroom that leads off the bedroom. This option is intended for those looking for a budget accommodation option.
- Reduced rates have been negotiated for accommodation bookings by the conference organiser, ACI and bookings should be made through ACI and are subject to availability.
- Accommodation reservations can be requested on the on-line registration & reservation form on this site or by emailing icwip-info@acitravel.co.za if you have already registered.
- Rates are on a per person per night basis and include breakfast, VAT and a 1% government tourism levy.
- Prepayment is required to guarantee reservations.
- Late booking fees will apply to reservations made after 18 February 2011 and these bookings will be subject to availability.
- Please advise ACI regarding any special requests, e.g. smoking or non-smoking room, special dietary requirements, etc. by inidicating your requests in the relevant fields during the registration process.
- Note that a double room has one bed and a twin room has 2 separate beds.
- Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and may be subject to change from time to time.
- Children over 12 pay the full adult rate.
